:) Yes, they do get the baskets. The Hawaiian team contributed a lot of points, too.

Scores overall are lots higher than they were at the earlier San Antonio competition.

The same was true at Queen City when compared to Pittsburgh (better shooting and much more bridge balancing).

Thanks. I'll send them on to my son.

Robonaut and another Houston team's robot were selected to do an opening exhibition at a Houston Rockets game after the St Louis competition. He will have to modify the software to score regulation-height baskets, unless plans change. Looks like we're going to go watch a basketball game :)

If your son's team can score 106 points in one game, I suspect the robot can sit with you in the stands and still score 3 pointers!

Here's a link to a youtube video posted from that 106 - 90 match.
The Hawaiian team's robot is the tallest robot on the red alliance. Robonaut is 118.
