region 3 is obviously wrong. We had these things at ISDS before

now, I no longer think that week 19 will be corrected to down, though.

up in week 19 in regions 1,2,3?,4,5,8 down in 6,7 unchanged in 9,10

I'm starting to see a lot of parallels with 2009 in the State %ILI and %P&I deaths. I'll post examples as when I'm sure it's not just a one-week uptick.

Chihuahua is spreading and recombination frequency is picking up. New sub-clades are getting polymorphsism from other sub-clades.

they just only have Utah and North Dakota from region 8

Utah is slightly up since 3 weeks
North Dakota oszillates weekly

US-national composite is given as the same as the week before now !
The regional charts are unchanged, still the big increases in regions 3 and 8
