You will be waiting for a LONG time. The distribution of the Chihuahua sub-clade has been posted (MANY times).

You should look at the real data and stay away from irrelevant questions, which simply show you have no clue (which was established long ago).

phylotree here:

page 11

hattip mixin

(DoD+17)*3=gs to get my nucleotide-positions
DoD+3=niman

seems that Chi was in Columbia 2010
(and also Ecuador 2010 ?)

except V272I(DoD)
which was also missing in Germany/2207,Jan.2010

These are some of the unpublished sequences I had mention. Note D225N in Ecuador case, as well as WHO alert which specifically mentioned H1N1 in Ecuador in January. The WHO alert is ALL about Chihuahua sub-clade with D225N. Note also that the 4 sequences from Ecuador also have K149N, which is in the Chihuahua sub-clade sequences from Mexico, as well as the eight sequences from the United States.

Note that three of the Ecuador sequences, A/Ecuador/IEC00012/2010, A/Ecuador/IEC00027/2010, A/Ecuador/IEC00032/2010 were collected in December 2010, and A/Ecuador/IEC00043/2011 was in January, 2011 corresponding to the citation in the WHO pandemic alert of H1N1 in Ecuador in January, 2011. Note also the presence of D225N in A/Ecuador/IEC00012/2010, consistant with "anectdotal" report of the Chihuahua sub-clade in South America and D225N in severe and fatal cases.

Note that the glycosylation site S165N is present on multiple sub-clades, providing addition support for recombination leading to the same polymorphisms jumping from one genetic backbone to another.
