even if we take this serious, it's
Only PAHO,not WHO
Only America,not Pan.

and the wave is already declining everywhere
Mexico health minister expects it to be over in a few weeks
declining also in Venezuela, which had an outbreak

Cuba,Dominican Republic,Barbados,

The Caribbean Epidemiology Centre (CAREC) has warned that there is a possibility of an outbreak of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009.
Consequently, the Centre has recommended that countries in the Caribbean region reactivate their National Preparedness Plans for the pandemic.
This recommendation is based on the occurrence of sporadic outbreaks reported in countries in the Americas since the beginning of this year.

Yiu have a SERIOUS probelm with time and space. Two weeks ago PAHO (which is the WHO organzation for North and South America) said NO problem (just a few cases in Mexico). Now they have issued an alert for all of North and South America. Two years ago there were 20 cases in the US, 4 in Canada, and 100 in Mexico and H1N1 quickly spread worldwide. This time around it is much more severe and prior exposure or current vaccine no longer is effective.
The media release are designed to keep the readers calm. You are the target of these reports and you respond as intended as Alfred E Nueman would say.

they designed the _non-existing_ media releases in a worldwide conspiracy ?

2 years ago there was a new virus in humans
with quite some severe cases and deaths, that we had no immunity to

this year there is just a declining wave in some countries in middle-America
of a known, mild flu-virus that many have already immunity to

Please. You remain clueless beyond belief. The Air Force has already demonstrated that the Chihuahua sub-clade has evolved AWAY from existing immunity to pandemic H1N1 (and a vaccine targeting California/07). January was the herald wave.
