The CDC has released a large number of H3N2 sequences at GISAID, largely from December 2010 or 2011. Most are from the US and several are designated as "low reactors".

Influenza A (H3N2) [552]

•Five hundred thirty-five (96.9%) of the 552 tested were characterized as A/Perth/16/2009-like, the influenza A (H3N2) component of the 2010-11 influenza vaccine for the Northern Hemisphere. Seventeen viruses (3.1%) of the 552 tested showed reduced titers with antiserum produced against A/Perth/16/2009.

In the latest series, there were low reactors in Argentina, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Canada, as well as at least 13 in the United States (including two in DC, MN, NJ). Although four of the isolates fell on the same branch, which only had low reactors, the remainder were widely scattered, indicating most of teh new sequences were low reactors that were not clearly identified in the antigen characterization test.

Five viruses (1.0%) of the 488 tested showed reduced titers with antiserum produced against A/Perth/16/2009.
