What is the discrepancy between the 15 reported from last site and the 73 reported?

In Poland, 70% of patients is with influenza type A/H1N1

In the second week of December in Poland, registered 71 thousand. 889 cases and suspected cases of influenza - according to data from the National Institute of Health National Institute of Public Health. Adam Fronczak Deputy Minister for Health announced that a new influenza A/H1N1 may constitute up to 70% of all cases. He said 8% of patients staying in intensive care units. But there are also good news: we note the decline in incidence.

- We are seeing a clear decline in incidence over the past two weeks, 13-14% in a week - said after the meeting of the committee Deputy Minister for Health Pandemic Adam Fronczak.

Average daily incidence in the period 8-15 December was 23.6 cases per 100 thousand. people. 34 deaths reported Decline in incidence occurred in 15 provinces, and growth - only in the Lower Silesia Province.

A week earlier in Poland, there were over 96 thousand. disease. For comparison, in the last week of November there were nearly 134 thousand. disease, and the average incidence was 43.91 per 100 thousand. people.

Chief Sanitary Inspector Andrzej Wojtyla stressed that there was also a decrease of sickness absence in schools and kindergartens. Wojtyla once again called for frequent hand washing, use of facial tissue and ventilation facilities. Also recommended, washing disinfectants computer keyboards, and television pilots.

Fronczak said that hospitals have an antivirus drug Relenza, and the Polish are imported, additional doses of Tamiflu. Deputy Minister of Health pointed out that so far on the Polish territory has been 73 deaths in persons infected with A/H1N1.

Strange.. 15-34-73.. Now you don't know how many there realy are..

Cumulative deaths now 138 (Up 16 since previous count). Source ECDC Jan.05.
Still no A/H1N1-vaccine, but on-going negotiations.(For this autumn)
Major TV-channel adding on vaccine doubt. (TVN, Dec.30... Nationwide and satellite).
