The total number of infections reaching 8,834 in the city

"Hong Kong confirmed 299 cases of A/H1N1 flu in the 24 hours to 02:30 p.m. Saturday, with the total number of infections reaching 8,834 in the city, medical authorities said. A spokesman from the Center of Health Protection said the new cases involve 143 males and 156 females, aged between six months and 71 years old..."

9,105 cases in the city

"A spokesman from the Center of Health Protection said the new cases involved 137 males and 134 females, aged between eight months and 86 years old.
Meanwhile, the city's Hospital Authority said currently 95 confirmed patients are staying in public hospitals for treatment.
Among them, 80 are in stable condition, 11 in serious and 4 in critical condition."

The balance of influenza A/H1N1 in Hong Kong has risen Friday at 14H30 of 381 additional cases from the previous day, bringing the total number of cases to 10 849 in the city since the epidemic began, have announced local authorities of health.

A spokesman for the Department of Health said the new cases involved 195 patients were male and 186 female, aged seven months to 85 years.

Currently, 105 patients were still hospitalized, among whom 88 are in a steady state, seven in serious condition and ten in a critical condition.

Hong Kong SAR Government on the 29th the Department of Health spokesman said that as at 14:30 the same day the past 24 hours, there were 398 new confirmed cases of influenza A H1N1 influenza.

Hong Kong has so far recorded a total of 11247 human cases of swine influenza.

The new cases involved 211 men and 187 women, aged between four months to 87 years of age

A spokesman for the Department of Health said there had been 331 newly confirmed cases of human swine influenza (Influenza A H1N1) (HSI) in the 24 hours to 2.30pm today (August 30).

The new cases involve 176 males and 155 females, aged between five months and 84 years.

This brings to 11,578 the total number of HSI cases in Hong Kong.

On Aug. 26, the patient was tested positive for Influenza A/ H1N1 virus. She received Tamiflu, Relenza and antibiotics treatment. With her condition deteriorating, she was transferred to Intensive Care Unit on the same day.

The patient was in critical condition requiring ventilation support. Her condition continued to deteriorate and convalescent serum was given on Aug. 29. The patient was succumbed at 00:17 a.m. Sunday.

As at 2.30pm today there were 229 newly confirmed human swine flu cases involving 130 men and 99 women, aged six months to 84 years, bringing the tally to 11,807. The cases include 14 public hospital staff. So far there have been 368 Hospital Authority staff confirmed with human swine flu.

mon commentaire : la traduction de google n'est pas super mais j'ai mis ce post car j'ai remarqué en parcourant les depeches d'actualités que celle de Hong kong sont les seuls a rapportés les cas de morts de la grippe saisonnière egalement je ne sais pas pourquoi cette spécificité
