Can anyone tell me what the symptomatic differences are between H3N2 and H1N1? From what I've read so far (which isn't a whole lot), the symptoms are very very similar.

Is there one (or a few) particular symptoms that set the two apart and can be used to more accurately diagnose one from the other without getting swabbed?
