What is your ground to make such a conclusion?

There are sentinal labs throughout Europe collecting samples. ALL countries report that over 99% of influenza positive samples are swine flu. It really doesn't get any clearer.

Here is the latest report. Look at Map 1 or 2. ALL countries are labeled with H1N1. This really is not an interpretation or debatable issue. It's ALL swine flu. The fact that some think it is debatable demonstrates the effectiveness of disinformation campaigns. Belarus says they have widespread influenza activity but only 59 cases of H1N1. The numbers for H1N1 are absurd. Same for Ukraine. Flu didn't disappear. It is widespread, shutting down schools, and its all swine flu.

Thanks for data, niman, they actually support your points.
And I with you when you are talking about disinformation campaigns; I belive that is. Still it is unclear what sort of desinformation we have faced with.
As for the number of laboratory confirmed cases, so far Ukrain officials insist that the country does not have or almost does not have swine flu. Look at this article, it is one of a few containing comparable numbers.
In Ukraine, the epidemic of seasonal influenza, rather than "California"

In Ukraine, the epidemic of seasonal influenza, rather than A/H1N1, the chairman of the National Board of Health of the President of Ukraine, Professor Nikolai Polishchuk.

He noted that talking about an epidemic "California" flu no reason. Of all cases of the disease, laboratory-confirmed "California" flu in only 14 individuals, and the epidemic - it's 100 infected in 10 thousand persons. The danger of "California" flu is that it we have not been. However, as in "California" flu, and the ordinary, the mortality rate is the same - one and a half per cent. Although the incidence of "California" above, because the people have no immunity, said Polishchuk.

He noted that for 9 months of last year in Ukraine from influenza and SARS (ARI) died 3989 people, and 10 months in 2009 - 3221 people. That's a lot, but less than 700 people compared to 2008. But last year, people had no one to fear, said the professor.

In his view, the clear tendency of some politicians and political parties to the exacerbation of the situation in the country. Such influence on the psyche will cause that will increase the number of strokes and heart attacks. Why no one says that every hour in the Ukraine, 20 people die every day - about 2 thousand? Of these, 64% - due to cardiovascular disease, said N. Polishchuk, assuming that the panic in the country will not, when will end the presidential election.

The doctor believes that the sanitary-epidemiological service of a professional, today everything has been done to localize the epidemic and isolated foci of infection. For over 40 years of his medical activities specialist for the first time said such a fuss about the spread of influenza, which is delivered by the media and politics.
Et cetera, translated by Google

My point is to treat all information with caution, being aware of the fact that the real number of cases might be as higher as lower than it's given in reports.

Swine flu scare tightens borders around Ukraine
November 3, 2009

LVIV, Ukraine—Russia and Slovakia have tightened their borders with Ukraine as the World Health Organization investigates a suspected swine flu outbreak in the country.

Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko says the flu death toll has climbed to 71 since the outbreak struck last week in western Ukraine.

WHO spokesman Gregory Hartl says although only one fatality was a confirmed case of swine flu, the government was right to close all schools this week.

Slovakia, which lies on Ukraine's western border, closed two of its five border crossings with Ukraine on Tuesday to keep the infection from spreading.

In Russia, the Health Ministry said it would examine anyone crossing the border from Ukraine and quarantine people with severe symptoms.
