The USDA has released another small series of swine sequences, which includes a 2012 isolate from Indiana, A/swine/Indiana/A00968355/2012. Although these sequences don't match the human H3N2v cases because the swine sequences are H1, these sequences once again suggest that matches are RARE, becuase matches would be promptly released and to date there are only TWO matches (September collections from New York and Iowa).
