I haven't been keeping up to date on vaccination options. It seems here in Canada we are fortunate to have numerous options. Publicly funded options are Fluviral and Vaxigrip but all others are available from your GP for a nominal cost. I believe our options in Canada are:

I am partial to flumist for various reasons for myself and my boys (6 & 7 years). Would like to get the boards recommendations on which would provide the best protection.

With the release of current sequences out of the UK, with D225G and S188T in play, I sure would like to make the best choice of vaccination for myself and family. I seem to recall from last year that Flumist offered the best protection if D225G became prevalent. Not sure of S188T. The new Intanza intradurmal is supposed to offer better immune response, but not sure if it's pH1N1 component, A/California/7/2009 NYMC X-179A, offers protection against D225G??

Purhaps Niman could quickly comment?

Thanks for posting this, i want to know too. I didn't realize you can get flumist in Canada. Where can you get it?
