Mill Hill has released a series of early November sequences from Dnipropetrovsk isolated in MDCK cells, and Cherkasy isolated in eggs. Patient info not included.

The sequences are likely from milder cases becasue they were from early November, prior to the spread of fatalities to the east. None came directly form clinical samples. One sample from Dnipropetrovsk had D225G as a mixture with wild type. All had the marker that defined the subclade, which was in all isoalts from western Ukraine and those in and around Kyiv (other than the one early collection from Kyiv).

Could the sampling either isolated on MDCK (Madin-Darby Canine Kidney) cells or isolated in eggs
[and not clinical samples] potentially compromise the sequencing accuracy to any degree?

The sequences have the regional markers and look like the original nasal washes. In early November, most of the fatal cases were in western Ukraine.
