The first victim, a man of 50 years, died at City Hospital No. 1 in the capital. On November 3, the hospital district of Drochia died the next victim of the new influenza virus, a man of 35 years. Over four days, from November 7 to a man died, aged 46, from Ceadir-long, and the November 10, at the same hospital died a woman of 53 years.
On November 12th was the fifth recorded case of death due to influenza pandemic. A man, aged 55 years, died in hospital district Orhei.
On November 13 the flu has taken two lives - one woman for 31 years, died at the hospital district of Falesti and another for 46 years, suffering from obesity-degree V, died in hospital two hours after the Republican being hospitalized. All victims were sent late to the doctor again after influenza has made serious complications from lung and bronşii.
On the morning of Saturday, November 14, in Moldova reported 1576 suspected cases of infection with influenza A (H1N1), including 304 in the process of investigation. In 700 cases was confirmed influenza virus A (H1N1) new subtype. Seven people - four men and three women died.
