New sequences released at GISAID by Mill Hill includes sequences from Ukraine. One lung sequence is a mixture that had multiple changes at position one and two at codon 225 which can code for D225N, D225G, D225A.

Two of the sequences are from lung. One is from Kiev and the other from Chernihiv. Both are mixtures at positions one and two at postion 225. One set codes for D225N and D225G. The other codes for D225N, D225G, and D225A (and since they are mixtures other combinations at position 225 are possible). Other sequences from the region (not Ukraine) have D225E and Q226R. The Ukraine sequences are from November.

D225A has been seen in Northern Ireland swine in 1938.
