Did it have a collection date?

July 31, 55M
I could not find a corresponding reported death.

Were there any other sequences from Illinois with H274Y around that same time period?

It's also of interest that this new case occured in the same week as the recent fatal Utah case that also showed the D225g present. At that time 10% of fatal cases were coming from Utah. Was there a similar spike in cases in Illinois at the same time?
