'260.8-kilogram, two-metre tall man who became well-known as the spokesman for the Heart Attack Grill - a US restaurant that unabashedly touts its unhealthy, high-calorie menu - has died.

Friends of 29-year-old Blair River, who appeared in a promotional video on the Heart Attack Grill website, said he died on Tuesday, possibly from contracting pneumonia after a bout of flu'
