Awesome link. Thanks a bunch. Real solutions for real people for a very real problem. What I liked so much about the article is how everything is backed by an exhaustative reference list to peer reviewed studies. It mentions the use of BOTH allopathic medicine and a whole range of natural foods / supplements. Life extension does sell products but makes a wise and observant point in mentioning the following which should easily dissuade anyone from thinking Life Extension has their own agenda. In fact, they encourage you to go elsewhere to shop.
